BCBAs

 The mission of the BCBA is to diligently provide ABA services to clients with autism or related special needs in order for the clients to achieve mastery of behavior treatment goals. The position requires compassion, integrity, organizational skills, a firm grasp of ABA, and professionalism.

Hi-5 ABA BCBAs provide supervision and training for Technicians interested in becoming certified. This position often has flexible hours (part-time or full-time) and involves high levels of interaction with the client, the client’s family, other Technicians, and your BCBA peers.

You are required to have, at minimum, a BCBA certification (and license if applicable in your state). Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS is required to be with clients one-on-one. We also require background checks to ensure the safety of clients. Additional educational requirements may apply for Medicaid/Humana service providers.

Behavior Technicians

Our BCBAs lead close-knit teams of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and families in their local communities.

The mission of the BT/RBT is to diligently execute treatment plan programs, as directed by a BCBA, for clients with autism or related special needs in order for the clients to achieve mastery of behavior treatment goals. This requires compassion, a firm grasp of ABA, and professionalism.

Hi-5 ABA provides supervision and training for Technicians interested in achieving board certification on a case-by-case basis. This position often has flexible hours (part-time or full-time) and involves high levels of interaction with the client, the client’s family, other Technicians, and your BCBA Supervisor.

A Behavior Technician is required to have, at minimum, a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 40 hours’ direct training, which qualifies for RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification with the BACB. Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS may be required to be with clients one-on-one. Hi-5 ABA also requires background checks to ensure the safety of clients. Additional educational requirements may apply for Medicaid/Humana service providers.

Admin Assistant

The Administrative Assistants at Hi-5 ABA’s service providers fulfill a critical role in the smooth operation of helping children with autism be successful. They operate hand-in-hand with the owners, Technicians, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The daily tasks require high attention to detail and positive engagement with clients and team members.
